1999 is the year I graduated from HS. And it's the year I got my first job. And it's the year I started college. I think I might have met my "first love" that year, too, but we didn't start dating until 2000. (That's another story for another day.) That being said, I stole this little fun game from Erin at Seriously?!
The Rules:
A.) Go to musicoutfitters.com
B.) Enter the year you graduated from high school in the search function and get the
list of 100 most popular songs of that year.
C.) Bold the songs you like, strike through the ones you REALLY hate. I'm blogger illiterate, so my hate ones will be red.

I just saw this somewhere else and it is pretty cool. It brings back so many memories.
Thanks for the 'blast from the past'! We graduated the same year and Most of those songs have a story!!
Ha!! I graduated in 1998, so all of these songs bring back memories. I still can't believe NKOTB has reunited....I don't think that was necessary. ;)
Greatest idea ever, I am totally doing this.
all you people who are doing this little music poll thing are making me feel old. I keep seeing "I graduated in 1995" or "I graduated in 1999". Oy vey.
:)
Ahhh- 1999 is the past? That's problamatic as it will require me admitting that I am no longer of the cool generation!
Thanks for the blast!

I saw this on someone elses blog. It is a neat idea and I think I am going to have to do it. Even though my graduation year isn't that old (2005) i'm still going to do it I think. I found you site from ICLW. I like the layout.
Oh how fun! I too left H.S. in '99, and forgot about so many of those songs. So funny to think a lot of those were only 'great' for one summer, now they're super annoying. :-)
Here from ICLW!
