Bring on the rain...

I’m hopeful today…. Which usually means I’m about to get some bad news. I hate to think like that, but that’s generally how life hits me.

I started taking the cinnamon over the weekend. So much nicer on my intestines than Met! I’m pretty sure it’s working, too, because I didn’t have much to eat yesterday before church, and ended up having my sugar drop while grocery shopping. Luckily, we were grocery shopping and there was some soda (which I rarely drink) available. I didn’t start the vitex, because my local health food store was out of stock, and the supply I ordered online hasn’t arrived yet. I’ll update on that once I get it. I’m so excited to start getting healthy! I feel good. I can’t remember the last time I was able to say that. PLEASE God, don’t let this feeling go away….

Hope the new regimen works wonders for you!

And, going back to your question about your cousin, this is the approach I would take...
"Congratulations on your pregnancy. I am so excited/thrilled to hear about the baby you are having but I am so saddened to hear about the loss of the twin. If there is anything I can do, please let me know."

You might want to try Royal Jelly.

I hope you keep feeling so fabulous.

I am lucky to have no problems tolerating MET, but it scares me that it could compromise my liver.

Hooray! I am glad your are feeling so good. I second the Royal Jelly- it really does contribute to over all well being.

Hi! I took vitex. I recently stopped it because I was getting pain in my overies like I had a BIG cyst. after I stopped taking it the pain went away. Be careful with that herb.

Hi Jill,

Good luck with your herbs! Like Jenn, I also got awful pains/cramps but it actually did bring on a period. I hope it works for you! Great to see you're feeling so good!!

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I have been interested in holistic aids for fertility, too, although I don't have a diagnosis that I'm trying to treat, so I'm not sure what I'd be looking for.

I hope the herbs help you!

I NEVER knew that cinnamon was good for regulating blood glucose. How awesome, I would love to give it a try. My blood glucose gets crazy sometimes if I don't eat regularly, which is a huge pain the butt because I'm never really hungry! I must try cinnamon!

This is interesting; I've never heard of cinnamon supplements before, so I'm not sure what they're for. I hope they work well for you, though! I am always trying to find natural ways of taking care of/helping my body, and I am always amazed at the sheer number of natural things which work for just about anything health related.
