I can't really say I'm surprised....

Went in for an ultrasound to check on my Clomid progress this morning (cd13). I only had 3 follies and they were all measuring 11mm. The last 2 rounds gave me folicles 17-22mm at this time. She's not sure if it's just not working, or if it's going slow. It's all so frustrating. I had a feeling that it wasn't working, though..... just a really bad feeling. I hope they're just growing slowly and that, by some miracle, we will have timed it pefectly, and that everything turns out like a fairy tale. I hope.

The Hubs came home yesterday from Sam's all proud that he found a HUGE bottle of Midol for $8. I looked at it and looked at him and almost threw it at him. I hope I don't end up needing it.

I am hoping that they are planning a huge growth spurt tonight and that one of them will be fertilized and turn into a baby!

ARRRGH! I hope your follies kick it into high gear in the next couple of days...
AND
I do hope your hubby was just excited about the price--'cause he surely picked the WRONG med to get excited about!

Awww...your husband was trying to be helpful, but the timing wasn't so great, lol.
That's kind of odd that it would work before but isn't now...maybe you need to move on to injectables? My doctor said if Clomid doesn't work in 3-6 cycles, you should move on - b/c after 6 cycles, I think that's about as helpful as it could be...I really hope something changes and it kicks in high gear for you though!

Bummer about your follies but maybe they are just slow responders? I've been told that the slow maturers are better quality so take hope from that...

Hope that your little follies heard all of us and got to work growing bigger. Good luck, and hang in there.

Sorry to hear about the slow growing follicles.

Your hubby bringing home the midol reminds me of the "Everybody Loves Raymond" episode - I guess no one ever gives the men in our life the lesson that reads "do not try to 'fix' a woman's hormone problem when she is hormonal".

Hang in there.

I actually snorted when I read that bit about the Midol. I can think of a really good place he could use to store the bottle...

About the follies, slow and steady wins the race.
